Healthy Lemonade
4 apples (red or golden delicious are best)
1/4 lemon
Wash and quarter apples, then put through your juicer. Add 1/4 lemon with the peeling. You get one 8 oz. glass of juice that tastes very much like lemonade without the sugar.
