Nutty Insomnia Treatment

How long has it been since you had a really good night's sleep?

I know, I know.

With most people working like maniacs just to make ends meet these days, the first thing to go is a restful eight hours in dreamland every night.

Well, if you're suffering some insomnia, perhaps this nutty all-natural remedy will help you get some zzz's.

    Re walnuts for insomnia...just how much IS one ounce if one doesn't own a weigh scale? 4 walnuts? 6 or even 8?
    Also, I'm assuming that you are referring to raw, unsalted walnuts, perhaps even organic preferably?

    I also have your Catts Purr Cd, & it works like a dream.
    I also read somewhere that Walnuts are extremely good for "Brain Power" Just look at the nut (not the shell) It looks like a brain right?
    It's natures way of telling you what it is good for.
    Same with a cut tomatoe, looks like a kidney.
    Can you think of anything else?Regards.
